This 90-minute workshop is specifically designed for staff members of fiscal sponsor organizations. During our time together, we will cover the uses of fiscal sponsorship, the most common models (and how they differ), the major service offerings of fiscal sponsors, staffing models of fiscal sponsors and key functional responsibilities of staff, as well as the challenges of providing fiscal sponsorship.
